Lily-Leaf Events Decor & Design (PTY) LTD is an events management company that specialises in planning & management of various occasions.
It was formed in 2012 by Pulane Shoro. To date it is run as a family business by its director, Pulane Shoro along side her daughter, Katleho Shoro as co-director.
We are a family orientated team with all the knowledge & skills one would require to host a remarkable event.

With my love for beautiful things, I have always had a passion for creating beautiful things, be it floral arrangements, interior decorations or functions. I joined the SA SCHOOL OF WEDDINGS in 2012 & realised how personal flowers are and the expertise needed to create the perfect arrangement. This led me to take a specialised course in flower arranging & decor.
I am proud to see the company’s growth, and I would love to see it recognised throughout Africa. As an executive member of a children’s home & former NGO director, I realise the importance of skilling young people & helping them become self-reliant.
Our Vision
At Lily-Leaf we aim to tailor every event to suit the client’s vision, budget & needs. With every event – from traditionally-themed weddings to corporate functions – we offer new ideas & style, pursue elegance & invest in details that transform simple events into exquisite experiences to be remembered for a lifetime.
We want to build an international brand that resonates particularly in Africa. We intend to use our platform to skill & mentor the youth, including those from local children’s homes, with basic entrepreneurial & creative skills.

I was always informally involved in some aspects of the business, assisting my mom. I love how happy it makes her & I want to be a part of that. I came into managing events through my love for academia & the arts. I have coordinated various events as a project manager. As a researcher with a masters in social anthropology, I enjoy working with people & understanding their visions. It excites me to research themes & ideas clients have to get the best conceptual results. Details are important to me, with every event as well as working with dignity, humanity & creating & maintaining great working relationships with everyone who comes into contact with Lily-Leaf.
